Refund policy
OUT OF STOCK AND SUBSTITUTION
1. Germaine de Capuccini HKshall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the E-Shop are in stock. If a product runs out of stock, Germaine de Capuccini HK reserves the right to offer a substitution or refund to the customer.
2. Germaine de Capuccini HK shall make every effort to provide customers with a substitute product of similar value and function. Germaine de Capuccini HK shall notify customers of unavailable products and their substitutes by phone or email before delivery.
3. Customers have the right to reject any substitutes offered. Germaine de Capuccini HK will refund the amount that customers have been charged for that product.
4. If customers have agreed that substitutions are allowed, the final value of the customers’ order may be affected by substituting similar products. The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order confirmation.
5. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Germaine de Capuccini HK reserves the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
REFUND POLICY
The following situations will not be exempted from the replacement arrangement:
1. The product has been opened or used (for example, the packaging tape or box has been removed).
2. The goods have not been kept in good packaging, have been damaged, damaged or incomplete.
3. Any discounted items, clearance items or sale items that indicate that returns are not accepted.
4. Any freebies, accessories, trial size gifts.
5. Failure to produce the sales list of the goods or the purchase receipt has already been exchanged once.
Germaine de Capuccini HK reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of disputes.
